Moisturisers & SPF
The two last steps in skin care are moisturising and SPF. Everyone understands the importance of moisturising but I feel it is down to you using what suits your skin and skin condition. But as an Irish population we don't understand or believe that our sun is as dangerous as it is. We are great when on holidays for the SPF but when we are home we don't think there is a need for it as we don't get the high temperatures but that is in fact when we need it: when it's overcast.
