    Delivery & Shipping Policy

    Shipping Rates:

    • Standard International Delivery (2-11 Working Days) - €9

    • Express International Delivery (2-7 Working Days) - €24.99

    Country Restrictions:

    Due to specific agreements with certain brands, the following shipping restrictions apply:

    • Not available for shipping outside the UK and Ireland:
      Environ, Revitalash, Medik8, Dermalogica

    • Available only for shipping to England, Wales & Scotland:
      Eminence, Image Skincare, DMK

    • Not available for shipping outside of Europe:
      SkinCeuticals, Totally Derma, La Roche-Posay

    • Available only for shipping within the UK:
      Skinade Full Size, Advanced Nutrition Programme Food Intolerance Test, Avene

    Important Delivery Information:

    • Orders placed after 12pm Friday, or on a Saturday, Sunday, or Public Bank Holiday, will be dispatched the following working day (subject to stock availability).

    • Delivery delays may occur during the Christmas and New Year period.

    • If delivery is not possible within 14 days (UK) of your order being received, we will keep you informed and provide the option to cancel the order for a full refund.

    • If an item is out of stock, we will contact you within 5 working days and offer alternatives or provide an expected restock date.

    • We cannot investigate delivery issues until 10 working days for UK orders and 25 working days for international orders have passed.

    • Customs clearance, remote locations, or holiday periods may cause unforeseen delays, and we cannot refund shipping costs in these instances.

    • If a parcel is lost, replacements will only be sent out after 10-25 working days, depending on the country.

    • If tracking indicates delivery but you haven't received the parcel, please notify us within 10 working days.

    • Please ensure the correct delivery address is provided at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

    International Delivery Notes:

    • For bulk or large orders, additional charges may apply if the shipping weight exceeds limits 10 kg. We will contact you with the cost.

    • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are the responsibility of the customer.

     


     

    Returns Policy

    We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Below is our detailed returns information:

    Right to Change Your Mind and Cancel

    Under Irish consumer law, you have the right to change your mind and cancel an order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This "cooling-off" period does not apply to certain purchases, including but not limited to:

    • Personalised or custom-made products

    • Products with a short shelf life or that spoil quickly

    • Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons

    • Leisure services for a set date or period (e.g., spal bookings)

    To return an item within this period, it must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all packaging intact. If the item has been opened or used, unfortunately, it cannot be returned.

    Exceptions to this right may apply to certain items, such as hygiene products.

    How to Return an Item:

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Freya Beauty does not cover the return postage costs.

    • You are responsible for returning the product to us at the following address:

    • Ensure all items from the same order are returned in a single parcel.

    Refunds and Exchanges:

    Once we receive your return, we will inspect it. If it meets the return conditions of  unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all packaging intact. we will process your refund within 7 working days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

    Important Notes:

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    • We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns to avoid potential issues.

    • Items that are opened or used cannot be refunded unless deemed faulty.

    • Refunds will be processed in Euro, and any exchange rate charges are the responsibility of your bank or payment processor.

    Faulty or Damaged Items:

    If you believe your product is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with photos of the product and its packaging. We will guide you on how to proceed with a return or replacement.
