Welcome to Freya Beauty, located at www.freya.ie. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, and form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”) and Freya Beauty (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be secured in advance. New clients may be asked to prepay a €100 booking fee, which is non-refundable unless cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit or a €50 cancellation fee.

No-shows or repeated late cancellations may result in restrictions on future bookings.

Reminder emails and texts are sent 7 days and 48 hours before appointments.
Ethics Policy
We understand emergencies arise. If you cannot attend due to a serious issue (e.g. medical emergency, bereavement), we may waive cancellation charges at our discretion. The following are not considered valid exceptions:

Last-minute changes to your schedule

Forgetting your appointment

Minor illness such as cold or flu

Responding to automated SMS reminders
We ask for honesty and courtesy to allow us to serve all clients fairly.
Payment Policy

Payment is due on the day of treatment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and cash (no cheques or American Express).

Any unpaid services will be subject to immediate cancellation of future bookings and possible legal action.

Product and service prices are subject to change without notice.

By placing an order, you confirm you are 18 or older.

Payments must be completed via the checkout system before delivery.

All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery & Returns

Orders are shipped via An Post or courier.

You may return unopened, unused products within 14 days in line with Irish consumer rights. Email us at hello@freya.ie before returning any item.
Errors & Availability

We do our best to ensure product and pricing information is accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel any order affected by a pricing or stock error.

All sales are subject to stock availability. If a product is unavailable, we may offer a substitute or refund.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website (text, images, logo, trademarks) is the property of Freya Beauty or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or modify any content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Freya Beauty excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage resulting from your use of our website or services, except as required under Irish law or EU regulation.
Dispute Resolution
