Booking & Cancellation Policy
Appointments may require a deposit or prepayment at the time of booking.
The cancellation terms shown when you book apply to your appointment.
Late cancellations, missed appointments or repeated no-shows may result in:
- loss of deposit or prepayment
- a cancellation charge
- restrictions on future online booking
- a requirement to prepay future appointments
Appointment reminders are provided as a courtesy. Clients remain responsible for attending, changing or cancelling appointments within the required notice period.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.
If there is not enough time remaining to safely or properly complete the treatment, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a late cancellation.
Treatment Suitability
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information about:
- medical conditions
- medications
- allergies
- pregnancy
- recent procedures
- injuries
- skin conditions
- anything else that may affect treatment suitability
Some treatments may require a consultation, patch test or medical clearance before they can be carried out.
We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment where we believe it may not be appropriate or safe.
Patch Testing
Certain brow, lash and beauty treatments require a valid patch test before treatment.
Where a patch test is required, it is the client's responsibility to complete it within the required timeframe before their appointment.
If a required patch test has not been completed, the treatment may need to be postponed.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
We accept the payment methods available in clinic and through our booking or online checkout systems.
Prices may change from time to time.
The price shown at the time of booking or purchase will normally apply unless there is an obvious pricing error.
Tips & Gratuities
Tips and gratuities are completely optional.
Cash Tips
Cash tips given directly to a therapist belong to that therapist.
Freya Beauty & Skin Clinic does not retain or deduct any portion of cash tips given directly to employees.
Electronic Tips
Where an electronic tip is intended for a particular therapist, it will be allocated to that employee in line with applicable Irish legislation.
Service Charges
Freya Beauty & Skin Clinic does not operate a mandatory service charge.
Online Orders
Orders placed through the Freya Beauty & Skin Clinic website must be paid for through the online checkout before they are processed.
Prices are displayed in euro and include VAT where applicable.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are subject to any terms shown at the time of purchase.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
Lost or mislaid vouchers may only be replaced where proof of purchase can be verified.

However, occasional errors may occur.
Where an obvious pricing, availability or listing error has occurred, we may contact you to correct the issue, offer an alternative or provide a refund where appropriate.
